Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on our websites: school and organization licenses (schools.flowstoneapp.com or by invoice) and gift purchases (gift.flowstoneapp.com). Individual and family subscriptions bought inside the Flowstone mobile app are billed by Apple or Google and are governed by their refund policies, not this one.

Annual licenses

School and organization licenses are sold as an annual term. Payment is due per the terms on your order or invoice (Net 30 for invoiced orders).

Gift purchases

A gift is a one-time purchase of a 12-month Flowstone subscription for someone else. It does not auto-renew, and it never bills the recipient.

• If the gift code has not yet been redeemed, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing inquiry@thenestinvestmentgroup.com with your order number.
• Once the gift code has been redeemed, the gift is in use and is non-refundable.
• Billing errors, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount, are always corrected in full.

Refunds

• If you have not yet distributed or activated your access code, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing inquiry@thenestinvestmentgroup.com.
• Once an access code has been activated or shared with staff, the license is considered in use and is non-refundable for the remainder of the term.
• Billing errors, such as a duplicate charge or an incorrect amount, are always corrected in full. Contact us and we will make it right.

Cancellation and renewal

Annual licenses do not auto-renew unless you have arranged otherwise in writing. A license simply expires at the end of its term. You may choose not to renew at any time, with no cancellation fee.

How to request a refund or raise a billing question

Email inquiry@thenestinvestmentgroup.com with your school or organization name (or, for a gift, your order number) and the order or invoice number. We aim to respond within two business days.
